You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. kuda35 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed with all funds forfeited.
The Service is primarily intended for users residing in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Service from a location where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. kuda35 does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly illegal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from using the Service. You are not acting on behalf of any third party when using the Service.
The following individuals are strictly prohibited from using the Service:
To use the Service, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are permitted to hold only one account with kuda35. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to any other person.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity. You must immediately notify kuda35 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
kuda35 is legally required to verify the identity of all users. You must complete the KYC verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your identification document. Withdrawal privileges are suspended until KYC verification is successfully completed.
We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension or closure.
You may deposit funds into your account using approved payment methods, including bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for your account tier. Deposits are typically credited instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party processing times.
You may only deposit funds from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. kuda35 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third party, regardless of whether the funds have been wagered.
You may request withdrawals of your available account balance, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by kuda35 for security or practical reasons.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: BCA (3-5 minutes), BRI (3-7 minutes), BNI (5-10 minutes), Mandiri (5-10 minutes), and CIMB Niaga (10-15 minutes) during normal banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends may experience delays.
kuda35 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on your account status, verification level, and transaction history. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per day, while VIP accounts may withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per day.
kuda35 complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, transaction, or withdrawal request. Unusual deposit patterns, rapid deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests, or deposits from multiple sources may trigger additional verification procedures.
You agree not to use kuda35 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in all jurisdictions.
kuda35 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Bonuses are discretionary and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before you may withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.
For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus means you must place Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion between players, matched betting, irregular betting patterns, or exploitation of software errors, is strictly prohibited. kuda35 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unfulfilled, a maximum bet limit of Rp 50,000 per bet applies unless otherwise specified. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All games on kuda35 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes to ensure fairness. You agree to play fairly and not use any software, robots, artificial intelligence, or other automated methods to gain an unfair advantage. Use of betting bots, arbitrage software, or collusion with other players is strictly prohibited.
All game outcomes are final and binding. Once a bet is placed and accepted by the system, it cannot be canceled or reversed except in cases of obvious technical error. In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, the game round will be completed according to its rules, and the result will be credited or debited to your account accordingly.
Sports betting is subject to specific rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, dead heats, postponements, and cancellations. All bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body. Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or canceled may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules.
kuda35 offers traditional Indonesian games including togel (lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting). These games are subject to their own specific rules and are provided by third-party operators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kuda35 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kuda35, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your entire account balance. Any unused bonus funds will be forfeited. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened.
kuda35 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or any conduct deemed harmful to kuda35 or other users. Upon termination, any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to kuda35, provided you have not violated these Terms in a manner that justifies forfeiture.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent account closure. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, and any attempts to create new accounts will be detected and closed. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kuda35 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact kuda35 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal complaint in writing to our legal department. We will respond to all formal complaints within 30 days.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which kuda35 is licensed. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
